Parc Residence is a multi-family interior design project in Oakland Park, Florida. The amenity spaces are designed to feel more boutique hotel than apartment complex, with co-working zones, lounges, meeting rooms and social areas that balance warmth with sophistication. Timber screens, sculptural lighting, and a grounded material palette of rich burgundy, warm neutrals and textured finishes create a layered, residential atmosphere across every shared space. Each zone has its own character while reading as part of a cohesive whole, giving residents spaces that feel curated, not cookie-cutter.
