Stavros is a Greek restaurant interior design project in Brisbane that takes a minimalist approach to Mediterranean dining. A clean, pared-back palette of whites and deep blues creates a crisp, coastal atmosphere, while inky ceramic crockery, ornamental ouzo bottles, and bold pink artwork inject personality and cultural warmth. The design strips away the expected tropes of a Greek restaurant and replaces them with something more refined, letting the attention to detail carry the identity. Striped upholstery, banquette seating, and generous natural light keep the space feeling relaxed and inviting, whether it's a weeknight dinner or a long weekend lunch.
